About the Team:

The Marketing Operations team enables marketing performance by transforming strategy into execution through data, systems, automation and operational excellence.

About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally minded Marketing Operations Manager focused on marketing data infrastructure, systems integrations and scalable operational architecture. This role will serve as a key partner across Marketing, RevOps, IT and Security to build and maintain the data foundations that power our go-to-market organization.

This individual will own the design, optimization, governance and operational reliability of marketing data flows and integrations across our marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with exceptional cross-functional collaboration, documentation and process management skills.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Marketing Data Infrastructure & Integrations
    • Define, build and maintain scalable data flows and integrations across marketing systems to ensure reliable, consistent and accessible data
    • Design and document integration architecture, field mappings, transformation logic, sync behavior and system dependencies
    • Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues and operational bottlenecks
    • Partner with RevOps and IT to implement and optimize cross-functional integrations, APIs and automation workflows
    • Support onboarding and integration of new marketing technologies and vendors
  • Governance, Scalability & Operational Excellence
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, workflows, governance standards and operational procedures
    • Help establish scalable standards for system configuration, integration design, change management and operational support
    • Support data governance, compliance, audit and security initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders
    • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual operational work and increase process scalability through automation
  • Cross-Functional Data Enablement
    • Partner with Marketing Data & Analytics, RevOps and business stakeholders to support trusted reporting, attribution and funnel visibility
    • Support scalable reporting datasets, operational dashboards and data accessibility across systems
Who You Are:
  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Technology or related operational roles
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, lead lifecycle management and marketing data architecture
  • Experience working with APIs, integration platforms, workflow automation tools or cross-system data flows
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, IT, Analytics and other technical/non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities
  • Strong documentation, organization and operational process management skills
  • Experience supporting data governance, compliance or audit-related initiatives is a plus

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range
$114,000$140,000 USD
