The Role:

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts by managing key systems, segmentation, data, and the lead management process. You’ll ensure leads and campaign responses are processed efficiently, marketing data is accurate and actionable, and the marketing tech stack is optimized to support pipeline growth. If you're the kind of person who sees a manual process and immediately starts sketching a better one, embraces AI tools and automation as a force multiplier and brings a strong blend of operations, project management, technical, and analytical experience, we want to hear from you.

You will:
  • Own the lead management process including scoring, MQL lifecycle and follow-up SLAs. Partner with marketing, sales, sales ops and rev ops to monitor lead quality and optimize conversion.

  • Design & maintain audience segmentation frameworks to power campaigns. Process event and campaign lists, use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP contacts, and continuously refine audiences based on performance data, sales feedback, and business priorities.

  • Maintain campaign data integrity, ensuring campaign responses, attribution and lead disposition data is captured cleanly and consistently. Partner with RevOps to keep performance visible and actionable.

  • Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack (Pardot, Salesforce, website chat, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), driving utilization and partnering with vendors on new capabilities and best practices.

  • Leverage AI tools and agents to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance the quality and speed of marketing operations.

What success looks like:
  • Lead routing, scoring, and follow-up SLAs are running efficiently with lead quality and conversion rates trending positively.

  • Dashboards are monitored regularly, with campaign performance, attribution and pipeline contribution tracked and trusted and positive momentum shared regularly.

  • The marketing database is clean, enriched, and aligned to ICP criteria, with new contacts processed accurately and efficiently.

  • Segmentation is maintained and automated so the right audience receives the right message at the right time.

  • The marketing technology stack is optimized, well adopted and supporting campaigns.

  • Processes are documented, scalable, and proactively improved as business needs evolve.

We are looking for:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of lead management, campaign operations, data quality, and reporting best practices. Experience with Pardot and Salesforce is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.

  • A proactive, self-directed approach to problem solving, with the ability to quickly understand business context and apply learnings across initiatives.

  • Experience using AI tools, automation platforms, and modern productivity technologies to improve efficiency and scale operational processes.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.

  • A collaborative team player who takes ownership, follows through, and contributes positively to a fast-paced environment.

Why should you join us?
  • If you are looking to make an impact, we are mission-driven and are making a difference in peoples’ lives every day.

  • If you want to be a part of an amazing team , our people are the heart of everything we do.

  • If you are a self-starter and naturally motivated, our work is driven by curiosity, innovation and team collaboration which allows us to leverage our skills immeasurably.

We are a remote-first company across the U.S. and EU, with a team in Tel Aviv operating in a flexible hybrid model, conveniently located near a train line.
