About the Team:

AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. At our core, we support AlphaSense’s growth by contributing to pipeline and revenue; building a brand that’s widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand.

The Solutions Marketing team sits under the Product Marketing umbrella and is responsible for translating AlphaSense’s platform capabilities into persona-specific offerings that resonate with the buyers and users we serve. Rather than marketing the product in the abstract, we go deep on the verticals we serve - understanding how investment bankers, asset managers, hedge fund analysts, and private equity/venture capital professionals actually work, and positioning AlphaSense as an integral part of these daily workflows.

About the Role:

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Financial Services Solutions Marketing team. This role will help define and execute go-to-market initiatives for our financial services clients, including investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and private equity and venture capital firms.

You will help position AlphaSense’s platform as a differentiated solution for financial services workflows, distilling product capabilities into clear market narratives. Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement, you’ll develop messaging, enable sales teams, and support GTM initiatives that expand adoption across the financial services market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the intersection of financial markets, technology, and go-to-market strategy - and offers the chance to work on a transformational product redefining how financial services firms operate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a rapidly moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the messaging and positioning of AlphaSense solutions for our key financial services segments, synthesizing complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive adoption.
  • Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of persona-specific assets, including sales decks, solution briefs, and client-facing collateral that arms our sales team to win.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for the financial services segment, conducting ongoing research on client workflows, competitive dynamics, and market trends to inform our GTM strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to execute impactful product launches, marketing campaigns, and field initiatives.
  • Be the subject matter expert on the financial services personas we serve, creating and delivering training that enables our sales and customer success teams to speak our clients' language.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to inform campaign strategy and content, ensuring our marketing programs are resonating with our target audiences and driving qualified pipeline.

Who You Are:

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, consulting, financial services or a related field.
  • A deep curiosity or direct experience in the financial services industry is essential. You understand the difference between an investment banker and a hedge fund analyst and are passionate about solving their unique challenges.
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the proven ability to craft compelling narratives from scratch - demonstrating a strategic command of messaging that goes far beyond just editing AI-generated text.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and bias for action.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and enablement teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered equity, and a generous benefits program.
