- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
- Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated success shaping enterprise employee experience, change enablement, and adoption strategies for large-scale technology transformations with measurable business impact.
- Proven success leading enterprise technology deployments with measurable adoption and engagement outcomes.
- Experience partnering across product management, engineering, UX, communications, training, and business teams.
- Strong understanding of employee experience (EX), user-centered design, adoption strategy, and organizational change enablement.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise change management, readiness, communication, and adoption strategies that drive sustained behavioral change and business outcomes.
- Ability to define, measure, and communicate outcomes related to adoption, engagement, employee experience, and business value realization.
- Experience operating effectively in large, complex, highly regulated environments.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, storytelling, and influence skills.
