Hi, we're Doonails! 💅🏼
A fast-growing beauty startup revolutionizing the manicure world. Already established as one of the leading manicure brands in Germany and Europe, we successfully expanded into the US market six months ago. With innovative products, a vibrant community, and a strong presence both in our online shop and with leading retail partners, we bring studio-quality manicures straight to your home, easy, fast, and stylish.

And this is exactly where YOU come in.

We're launching our influencer marketing in the US, and we're looking for the person who builds this market from the ground up. Based in the US, you'll own the US influencer channel end to end: strategy, planning, execution, and analysis. 🚀

Your Role & Impact ⚡️

The US is our next big growth market, and influencer marketing is at the core of it. You decide how Doonails shows up with US creators: which profiles, which deal models, which channels, and how fast we scale. You'll report directly to our Team Lead Influencer Marketing in Germany, with close sparring and full strategic freedom.

You build the plan and you make it happen. A rare chance to shape a brand's US presence from day one, with real budget and real ownership.

Your Core Responsibilities 👩‍💻👨‍💻

    US Strategy & Market Build-Up

  • You define and own the US influencer strategy, from creator mix and deal structures to budget allocation and a scaling roadmap.
  •
    Long-Term Planning
  • You set goals, milestones, and budgets and align the channel around them.
  •

    Testing & Scaling

  • You set up a structured test-and-scale system, identify winning creator profiles, and build a roster that drives real performance and revenue.
  •

    Deal Architecture

  • You define which compensation models, whitelisting rights, and usage terms work in the US, and you negotiate the deals yourself.
  •

    Network & Partnerships

  • You bring your network of US creators and agencies to the table and open doors to new partnerships.
  •

    Performance Ownership

  • You own budget, ROAS, and CPM targets for the US, analyze results, and turn insights into next steps.

What You'll Bring to the Table 🤝

  • Experience: Several years in influencer marketing with a proven track record in the US market

  • Strategic Mindset: You think in systems and roadmaps, not just single bookings

  • Hands-on Attitude: You enjoy executing your own strategy

  • Track Record: Successful campaigns with well-known performance and beauty brands

  • US Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of US CPMs, negotiation culture, and creator needs

  • Performance Focus: Working toward budget targets and ROAS comes naturally to you

  • Collaboration: You're comfortable working remotely with a team in Germany across time zones

  • Communication: Excellent English skills, written and verbal

Your Perspective 📈

  • You're building Doonails in the US from the ground up, one of the most exciting markets for D2C beauty right now.

What We Offer 💖

  • 💸 Competitive pay, tailored to your qualifications and experience

  • 🤝 A true ownership role with a high degree of trust and room to shape things your way

  • 📈 Growth potential: take on responsibility and bring your ideas directly to the table

  •  🥳 Team Events across Europe: Because a strong team is everything to us!

Ready? We can't wait to meet you! ✨
