Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst to join Procore’s Finance organization. In this role, you’ll support the administration of our variable incentive compensation systems, enhance business processes, and partner with our Revenue organization on all things related to incentive compensation. The primary goal of this role is to ensure accurate and effective commission plan administration while driving insights that inform business decisions.
As a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with Revenue and Finance teams to administer plans, ensure accurate commission calculations, and deliver reporting and analysis. This position reports into the Director, Incentive Compensation and can be based in our Carpinteria or Austin office, or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Administer the compensation system (Xactly) to ensure plans are configured correctly and payments are calculated accurately
  • Partner with Revenue and Finance to ensure accurate calculation, payment, accounting, and reporting of commissions
  • Field questions from Revenue personnel and resolve issues promptly and accurately
  • Identify and deliver insights on plan effectiveness to provide guidance and recommendations to leadership
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics on incentive compensation
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and administration of new and existing commission programs and policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all commission-related processes
  • Support SOX compliance by ensuring commission payout processes, controls, and documentation are audit-ready
  • Contribute to cross-functional compensation-related requests, including payroll, accruals, and audits
  • Seek continuous process improvements and support ad-hoc projects as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a Compensation or Incentive Analyst role
  • Experience with incentive compensation systems preferred (e.g., Xactly, Callidus, IBM Varicent, Cognos, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record in data analysis and report building
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue, and other teams

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $90,400 - $124,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
