We're on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you won't just find candidates; you'll sculpt our talent landscape, igniting our growth by identifying and attracting top-tier, diverse, and passive talent across all levels, from visionary VPs to brilliant minds in Technology, Product, Non-Tech, and Data Science.

Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – your passion and proven track record speak volumes.

Experience: 1-3 years of related recruiting experience – you've already made your mark, and you're ready for your next big challenge.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.
