Senior Finance Manager

About your role:

As a Sr. Finance Manager, you will provide financial leadership and analytical support for Global Business Solutions non-bank small merchant business initiatives, with a focus on the non-bank referral partner channel. You will work closely with the Finance Leadership Team, business leaders, and product partners to deliver forecasting, reporting, and analysis that informs operating decisions and supports long-term profitability, including work aligned to Clover.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full profit and loss statement for the non-bank referral partner channel, including Restaurant Solutions and Direct sales teams
  • Lead month-end deliverables by consolidating actuals and forecast submissions, validating completeness and reasonability, and preparing standard and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Partner with business leaders and product teams to develop in-depth financial analysis that identifies key drivers, trends, variances, emerging risks, and opportunities
  • Enhance monthly reporting, dashboards, and management reporting to support executive decision-making and operational planning
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial forecasting, planning, modeling, and reporting processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and level of detail
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders through thoughtful analysis of financial and operational performance
  • Support long-range financial profitability objectives through ongoing business partnership and performance monitoring

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial analysis within a corporate finance, commercial finance, or business finance environment
  • 2+ years of experience preparing financial reports, consolidating results, and delivering variance analysis for business leaders or executive stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience working with profit and loss statements, financial models, and performance reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, including building and maintaining complex spreadsheets
  • Experience using business intelligence and enterprise planning tools such as Power BI, SAP, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
  • Certified Public Accountant certification, or equivalent credential
  • Experience supporting partner channel, merchant acquiring, payments, or small business portfolios
  • Experience supporting Clover-related financial analysis, reporting, or business planning

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
