Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to execute the monitoring/controlling process of the inflow/outflow of materials whilst ensuring 100% adherence to the set standards in order to meet customer requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper outflow of goods / materials in the expected quality & quantity as per customer requirements whilst being responsible for activities of the stores & follow up with subordinates to ensure packing requirements are met.
- Monitor receipt, storage and issuing of accessories as per guidelines/standards whilst, solving discrepancies such as, inaccurate items, delays etc. as and when the need arises in order to meet the requirements pertaining to quality, quantity and on time delivery.
- Ensure accurate issuing of RM to plants and ensure timely transfer of RM to other relevant plants (Including off-site plants)
- Ensure good inventory management practice is executed & take adequate measures to sustain it.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy of raw materials and ensure the relevant documents are duly filed.
Overlook the ‘Goods Received Note’ (GRN) process for all RM received, ensure that the relevant information and updates are fed into the SAP system whilst, authorizing same in order to fulfill warehouse procedural requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in business management/logistics.
2 -3 years of experience within the apparel industry.
