KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in tracking and managing timelines, deliverables, and status updates for ongoing digital transformation initiatives within sourcing and supply chain
- Manage project calendars, schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, prepare agendas, and document minutes and follow-ups
- Coordinate with SBUs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, support documentation, and follow up on action items
- Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools like Power BI
- Assist in testing digital tools documenting process flows, and supporting process improvement efforts.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Technology Management Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles with the ability to assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress of digital initiatives
- Interest in digital transformation, process automation, and enterprise platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and support stakeholder engagements across teams
