Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will focus on enabling practical AI capabilities on the EGRC ServiceNow platform to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and enhance decision-making while staying aligned to risk appetite, governance standards, and regulatory expectations. Plans, manages, leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies. Provides leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholders including business, technology, and risk partners to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems across single or multiple Lines of Business (LoB).

Depth & Scope:

  • Leads Requirements Management / work packages for Tier 3-4, low to moderate risk and regulatory projects with multiple stakeholders and across multiple LoB
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle
  • Gains/acquires sound to advanced understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery
  • Works independently as the senior or lead business analyst and coaches and guides members within area of expertise
  • Identifies and leads problem resolution for complex issues at all levels
  • Contributes to the communication and change management activities across multiple stakeholders

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Business Analyst Accreditation is an asset
  • 5-7 years related business analysis experience

  • Experience in eGRC / Non-Financial Risk Product Management at a large Financial Institution or G-SIB, supporting one or more of the following programs:
  • Issue Management
  • Incident/Event Management
  • RCSA
  • Business Continuity Management
  • Operational Resilience
  • Compliance Risk Assessment
  • Laws, Rules, Regulations Management / Regulatory Change Management
  • Policy Management
  • Monitoring and Testing

  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC and translating complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable solutions

  • Experience in generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI-enabled workflows
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS‑RC, CAD) or AI/NowAssist certifications
