In this role, you will:
Own Reporting, Forecasting & Business Analysis
- Own weekly and monthly banker channel production reporting across lending and deposit products for the Business Banking Sales organization.
- Develop volume and productivity forecasts, analyze business performance drivers, and translate results into actionable insights for senior Sales and Finance leaders.
- Monitor production trends and key performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging business themes.
- Prepare reporting, analysis, and executive-level materials that clearly communicate production trends, productivity performance, and business outcomes.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis related to banker staffing, capacity planning, headcount forecasting, and personnel expenses.
- Provide analytical support for broader sales, finance, and business initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison across Finance, Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to drive consistency in reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand business objectives, align on key metrics, and deliver actionable solutions.
- Resolve issues and achieve goals through collaboration, consultation, and influence across a broad network of partners.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting quality, analytical rigor, and operational efficiency.
- Challenge existing processes and introduce new ideas that improve scalability, transparency, and business insight.
- 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- P&L financial management and forecasting experience.
- Strong experience working with Essbase and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing others.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills with senior leaders, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prepare management level presentations.
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
