Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders to frame complex problems and determine how data and analytics can inform decisions.
  • Lead high-impact analytical work from problem definition through insight, recommendation, and measurement of results.
  • Connect operational, client experience, digital, and other data to develop a more complete view of business performance.
  • Identify emerging trends, risks, friction points, and opportunities before they become established business problems.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and trusted metrics that help leaders understand performance and prioritize action.
  • Partner across Operations, Product, Technology, and Client Experience to influence strategy and improve business outcomes.
  • Challenge existing assumptions and identify opportunities to improve processes, experiences, and analytical capabilities.
  • Help evolve how analytics is used across Operations—from primarily reporting what happened to proactively influencing what happens next.
  • Mentor other analysts and contribute to analytical standards and best practices across the team.

In This Role, You Will

  • Have direct exposure to senior leaders and high-priority business initiatives.
  • Own meaningful business problems rather than simply execute analytical requests.
  • Influence decisions that affect operational performance and the participant and client experience.
  • Work across multiple business areas and datasets rather than being limited to a single product or initiative.
  • Help define new metrics, analytical approaches, and ways of measuring business performance.
  • Turn data into recommendations that drive action.
  • Play an important role in shaping the future of the Operations Analytics function.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working through complex and ambiguous business questions.
  • Experience using data to develop insights and recommendations, not simply produce reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience with visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across teams without direct authority.

Preferred

  • Experience with Python, R, or other advanced analytical tools.
  • Experience in product analytics, customer experience, operational analytics, or business strategy.
  • Financial services or other complex, regulated-industry experience.
  • Experience developing measurement frameworks or using analytics to influence product or operational strategy.

Success Profile

The strongest candidate will:

  • Be intellectually curious and naturally ask why, not simply what.
  • Be comfortable taking an ambiguous problem and creating structure around it.
  • Think like a business leader who happens to have strong analytical capabilities.
  • Look across organizational boundaries to connect data, problems, and opportunities.
  • Bring a point of view and recommendations rather than waiting to be told what analysis to perform.
  • Communicate with credibility and simplicity at senior levels.
  • Balance strategic thinking with the ability to get into the data when necessary.
  • Take ownership and drive work forward in an environment where priorities continue to evolve.

Why Join Our Team

Operations Analytics is evolving from a traditional reporting and analytics function into a strategic capability that helps leaders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what they should do next.

This role provides the opportunity to work on some of the organization’s most important operational and client experience challenges, partner directly with senior leaders, and help shape how analytics is used to make decisions. For someone who wants to broaden their business exposure, take on meaningful ownership, and build toward larger leadership opportunities, this role provides a strong platform to do so.
