Core Responsibilities:

1. Technology Financial Management & Cost Optimization

  • Analyze and report on technology spending, consumption trends, and cost drivers to provide transparency and support effective financial management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and optimize technology investments in alignment with business objectives.

2. Executive Reporting & Operational Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance executive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into operational, financial, and technology outcomes.

  • Synthesize complex data into meaningful insights that support leadership awareness and informed decision-making.

3. Technology Initiatives Governance

  • Monitor and report on technology initiatives, including key milestones, dependencies, risks, outcomes, and business impact.

  • Support governance processes by providing reporting and analysis that enable visibility into initiative progress and organizational objectives.

4. Portfolio Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Track and analyze portfolio performance metrics, operational health indicators, and technology trends across supported areas.

  • Identify emerging risks, variances, and opportunities, providing insights to assist leadership in managing priorities and achieving desired outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted partner to technology, finance, and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across organizational priorities.

  • Support planning, reporting, and governance activities by providing subject matter expertise, analytical support, and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years related work experience. 2 years of cybersecurity & managing a project preferred.

  • Financial Services and technical experience preferred.

Preferences:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required. Graduate degree preferred.
