The role

Nebius is building the infrastructure for the AI era, providing scalable cloud and AI infrastructure solutions to some of the world's most innovative organizations. As our business continues to grow, operational excellence, data accuracy, and scalable commercial processes are critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Sales Operations Specialist will support and optimize core commercial operations processes across contracting, billing, and sales support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of commercial data throughout the customer lifecycle from sales request validation and contract execution to billing configuration, invoicing support, and operational reporting.

The role focuses on ensuring that sales agreements are accurately translated into contracts, billing configurations, and internal systems while maintaining operational accuracy, pricing compliance, and smooth cross-functional coordination. You will handle both routine and non-standard operational cases, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth sales support.

Your responsibilities will include: 

Commercial Operations & Contract Management:

  • Support the end to end contracting lifecycle (quote to signature) by validating commercial requests, customer agreements, pricing terms, discounts, and billing requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless contract execution and customer onboarding.
  • Ensure customer contracts and commercial terms are accurately reflected across internal systems and operational workflows.
  • Handle both routine and non-standard operational cases, providing solutions and escalating issues when needed.

Billing Operations & Revenue Support

  • Support billing processes including mechanics, configurations, and tool management to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Review and validate sales requests to make sure contractual terms and billing details are correctly reflected in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance regarding invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • Participate in the NBA Ops Channel on-call rotation under supervision, handling routine cases.
  • Support preparation of standard payment and operations reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and smooth communication across teams.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and margin policies when processing sales requests and contracts.
  • Identify operational gaps or blockers in deal execution and escalate proactively
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth deal execution.


We expect you to have:
 

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Finance Operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Experienced with billing or CRM & ERP tools (e.g., Net.Suite, Salesforse, Hubspot)
  • Understands the commercial impact of operational decisions, including pricing and margin considerations.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills in English

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Exposure to contracts, invoices, or payments processes. 

Pay Transparency

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.

Base Compensation Range
$85,000$107,300 USD
