WHAT OUR SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST
- Perform pre-and post-sale activities to manage in-flight proposals and orders.
- Complete records and sales orders by capturing client, contact, product, price and other information.
- Initiate the installation process by creating new orders, service and billing accounts, sales opportunities, service requests and client records.
- Determine the serviceability of client locations through assessments of available information.
- Assess the ROI models, identify sites in the design configuration and validate against the ROI.
- Prepare client proposals and contracts in compliance with product requirements.
- Ensure appropriate billing codes are entered into the CRM system.
- Evaluate order details, determine the correct order processing path and categorize.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required Qualifications
- Experience: One year of project coordination experience; Three years of data entry and sales support or client service work experience; Three years of B2B billing and CRM platform experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical skills: Familiar with using multiple CRM, billing and other systems; History of building orders and selecting Salesforce billing code; Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Skills: Critical thinking and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Team-oriented with the ability to handle requests and resolve issues in fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of telecommunications industry experience.
- College coursework in a related field.
