The High Volume Inside Sales Recruiter will optimize recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, ensure compliance, and partner with leadership for talent acquisition and organizational growth.

Manage assigned healthcare, hospitality or SLED enterprise accounts to retain and grow revenue. Meet monthly quotas, conduct face-to-face account reviews, resolve client issues, update internal databases, support collections, and attend sales training. Lead and manage the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales team to exceed sales and yield targets. Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, payroll/commission accuracy, territory and lead assignment, employee relations, coaching, and sales operations with mostly office work and some field duties.
