What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Manager with a passion for helping others succeed. This role requires a balance of instructional design expertise, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related functions within revenue organizations
Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and facilitate high-impact onboarding and ongoing training programs
Experience with LMS platforms and assessment tools
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage sales data and tools to identify enablement opportunities and improve sales team effectiveness
Familiarity with sales tools, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace)
Experience partnering with Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams to align training with pipeline metrics, sales processes, and performance goals
Strong communication, project management, and facilitation skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Merchandising, Optimization, and Legal
What you’ll do:
Develop and deliver foundational training for all revenue-facing teams and adjacent functions (e.g., complex orders, RFPs, Solutions), focusing on tools, sales processes, products, printing capabilities, competitors, and market context
Partner with subject matter experts to create, update, and facilitate training curriculum, including digital modules, live sessions, coaching guides, and assessments
Serve as a liaison between revenue and cross-functional teams to support the rollout of new tools and enhancements, as well as the evaluation and revamp of existing sales processes to drive efficiency and alignment.
Contribute to the development and refinement of onboarding programs and effectiveness measures for new hires
Partner with the owner of Sales Engagement to ensure any foundational training or process updates are communicated effectively
Track training engagement and performance data to inform updates and continuously improve learning outcomes
Support a learning culture by collaborating on coaching strategies and enablement tool enhancements

Timeliness and effectiveness of training programs, as measured by ramp speed, adoption metrics, and feedback
Successful execution of cross-functional rollouts and initiatives, resulting in measurable time savings, improved efficiency, and streamlined processes across teams.
Accuracy, completeness, and clarity of documentation and communication plans
Internal stakeholder satisfaction and team feedback on enablement impact
Continuous improvements in training content and processes aligned with business goals

As the Sales Enablement Manager, Foundational Training & Effectiveness, you will directly influence the success of our sales teams and customer-facing functions. Your work will ensure that new hires ramp quickly and current teammates stay sharp, informed, and aligned. Through effective training and communication, you'll help create a more connected, consistent, and productive revenue organization, enabling Inkers to deliver world-class customer experiences and drive results.
Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
For this salaried, exempt position, the OTE range is $115,000-$120,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.
