About the Role

NetBox Labs is hiring our first Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive productivity, effectiveness, and excellence across our rapidly scaling go-to-market team. In this foundational role, you will architect and operationalize our enablement function from the ground up — delivering onboarding, training, tools, and methodologies that empower our sellers, sales engineers, and partners to win.

As the connective tissue between Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, you will design and implement the systems that help our teams execute at a high level. If you love building from scratch, have a bias for action, and thrive at the intersection of people, process, and product — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Build from Zero: Design and launch the Sales Enablement function, starting with AE, SDR, and SE onboarding and scaling through ongoing learning, certifications, and tooling.

  • Develop Sales Enablement Content: Build and iterate on sales enablement content to facilitate the onboarding and ongoing knowledge growth of our sales processes and products.

  • Drive Productivity: Develop a structured enablement framework that accelerates ramp times, improves pipeline quality, increases conversion rates, and reduces time-to-close.

  • Create Playbooks and Content: Develop and maintain a central library of battle cards, playbooks, objection handling guides, product briefs, competitive intelligence, and demo assets.

  • Partner with GTM Teams: Work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align enablement programs with the buyer journey and product roadmap.

  • Metrics & Outcomes: Define and report on enablement KPIs such as onboarding velocity, ramp productivity, win rates, and content usage. Use data to iterate and improve.

  • Culture of Learning: Foster a learning culture by building programs that upskill GTM talent, reinforce best practices, and instill a mindset of continuous improvement.

About You
  • 5+ years in a Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or GTM Enablement role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company; startup or open-source ecosystem experience is a plus.

  • You have a strong technical aptitude and have developed sales enablement programs at companies with very technical selling cycles and products.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact in ARR, quota attainment, and seller ramp speed.

  • You think in systems and processes but operate hands-on — you’ve built the thing, not just optimized what someone else built.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator with the ability to align multiple teams to a common enablement agenda.

  • You have excellent writing and content development skills

  • Highly organized, strong project manager, excellent communicator.

  • You understand both technical infrastructure buyers and modern SaaS go-to-market motions, including PLG, land-and-expand, and partner-assisted sales.

  • Passion for storytelling, product, and customer-centricity.

Our culture and values:
  • We own and solve problems with high attention to detail.

  • Our open source contributors, users, customers & team are all part of our community. When our community wins, we win.

  • We prioritize simplicity and think twice before adding complexity

  • Clear communication helps keep our team aligned and collaborating smoothly.
