The Sr. Program Manager (Sales Enablement Manager) is responsible for organizing, developing and managing the growth of a world class sales team through a robust training and coaching program. This individual will help maintain a strategic, cross-functional discipline designed to increase performance and productivity by providing integrated content, training, and coaching for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build, develop and administer new hire sales training program for all new sales teammates.
  • Create, develop, and implement the sales training & certification programs, including the right mix of in classroom, instructor facilitated, online and webinar courses.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance sales methodology, selling skills and techniques of the sales team, focusing on outcomes and value-based selling approaches.
  • Conduct individual coaching sessions to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of the curriculum and learner performance and integrate results into new and existing course curriculum.
  • Collaborate with the sales & business leadership teams to refine and optimize the sales process, ensuring alignment with the industry’s best practices and business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on sales methodologies, objection handling, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies to improve overall sales performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to incorporate relevant insights into sales coaching and training materials.
  • Provide reporting to leadership as needed.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare and software experience
  • Sales experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%
