This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Region Manager is responsible for leading the execution of Electrolux Major Appliances' strategic initiatives across a defined geographic market, driving revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion, and operational excellence. This leader oversees regional sales performance, customer partnerships, forecasting, and financial results while developing and coaching a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, strategic thinking, relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills to deliver sustainable growth, exceptional customer experiences, and competitive market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that increase revenue, profitability, market share, and customer retention across existing and new accounts.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team by establishing clear objectives, accountability measures, and performance expectations.

  • Manage regional financial performance, including sales forecasting, pricing strategy, promotional investments, revenue, margin, and product mix optimization.

  • Identify and capitalize on new product, market, and channel opportunities to support long-term business growth.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, buying groups, and industry stakeholders to strengthen market position and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct business reviews, customer planning, and contract support activities to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes.

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance sales execution, operational effectiveness, customer support, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Represent Electrolux at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements while providing market intelligence and competitive insights to support business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 6+ years of progressive sales, merchandising, or account management experience, including leadership responsibility.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability within a regional or multi-location business environment.

  • Strong financial, analytical, and forecasting capabilities with experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and business performance metrics.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, build customer relationships, and execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
