Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $23.65 - $35.48/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

As a Client Project Delivery and Operations Intern, you will play a central role in supporting multiple internal initiatives and collaborating with several senior members of our team. You'll manage diverse workstreams, apply your analytical skills, and ensure operational excellence through meticulous process documentation and project tracking.
Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities
Support the delivery of multiple internal projects, managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to inform project or operational decisions, track milestones, and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Assist with project management activities, maintaining detailed schedules, status reports, and documentation.
- Update and enhance technical process documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Coordinate with senior members of the Client Project Delivery team, participating in meetings and maintaining and communicating project status effectively.
- Identify process improvements, propose solutions, and champion change that benefits the team and organization.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review, clean up, organize, and enhance technical process documentation, ensuring alignment with current practices and accessibility for all stakeholders. Implement a tracking system to monitor and report progress on documentation updates, driving operational clarity and efficiency across project teams.
- Operationalize and integrate client-facing forms into existing systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess workflows, determine integration requirements, automate form processing, and ensure seamless information flow between clients and internal teams.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tool for data analysis
- Experience with project management practices and tools

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Experience updating and maintaining technical process documentation

- Experience with scripting or programming languages
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or IT Infrastructure
