As part of our Demand Generation team, you'll gain real-world, hands-on experience working with the same tools and strategies used by leading B2B marketing teams. You'll collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales to help execute integrated programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer growth.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning, launching, and tracking multi-channel campaign. You'll get hands-on exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and Reachdesk.
  • Database & Audience Management: Learn how to build and segment audiences, pull target lists, and maintain data hygiene to improve campaign performance.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Help create, proof, and QA campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and nurture workflows, while learning marketing automation best practices in HubSpot.
  • Content & Collateral Coordination: Support the organization and upkeep of customer-facing assets, sales enablement tools, and partner resources.
  • Analytics & Insights: Learn how marketers measure success by tracking campaign results, monitoring funnel metrics, and pulling reports from different sales and marketing tools.
  • Project Coordination: Gain experience managing timelines, consolidating feedback, and ensuring deliverables align with brand, product, and compliance standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to see how marketing programs translate into real business impact.

Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excited to learn new systems and apply them in real projects (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Reachdesk)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, proactive, creative, and eager to learn how demand generation drives growth in B2B marketing
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

USD 21.49 - 32.26 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
