DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Translate customer data into meaningful information that drives key business and marketing strategies and optimizes business outcomes across JPMC owned digital channels. Analyze and synthesize large volumes of data into actionable insights to influence business and marketing decisions and priorities. Deliver best-in- class business intelligence through dashboards and executive reporting to measure customer engagement, digital interaction, and account production business performance indicators, and present insights to stakeholders. Analyze comprehensive customer digital shopping journeys to uncover deep insights, identifying friction points and opportunities to enhance discoverability and conversion and drive personalized and seamless digital shopping experience. Utilize advanced analytics methodology and internal and external attributes to segment existing and prospecting customers to identify opportunities for growth, drive targeting strategies, and measure overall portfolio performance. Leverage expertise in advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and data mining, to extract meaningful patterns and trends, and apply data visualization tools to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights. Forecast P&L impacts of digital marketing initiatives to drive strategic priorities and audience targeting. Develop experiment designs, assess campaign performance, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Partner with marketing, product, technology, research, and design teams to implement growth-driven initiatives and develop ongoing measurements to monitor performance. Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert of customer digital shopping journey data assets, providing guidance for automating and modernizing digital data products to enhance analytics efficiency and optimize data pipelines for personalization initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience in the following: SQL coding for automating the production of recurring reports and dashboards using ETL techniques and Alteryx workflows; performing data ingestion, data transformation, and query optimization using big data platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server or Snowflake; Alteryx including data blending, workflow optimization, process automation, and integration of data from other platforms; building interactive Tableau dashboards leveraging advanced visualization, ETL automation, and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) connectors; developing interactive Excel and PowerPoint reports with advanced functions including VLookup, Data Analysis Add-Ons, Pivots, Macros, Data Validation, Waterfall, and Gantt Chart; customer segmentation and strategic targeting using R or Python; serving as data owner optimizing customer behavioral data flows and processes leveraging APIs, SQL, and Python; leading customer behavioral analytics and projects end to end including delivering actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders; preparing performance measurements translating quantitative information into actionable insights to be leveraged by both analytic and non-analytic audience; customer omni channel shopping journey analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive engagement and conversion. This position requires two (2) years of experience in the following: statistical analysis and predictive modeling using R or Python; customer level A/B testing including test design, result measurement, and deep dives analysis.
