DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Partner with a team of analysts to deliver timely and actionable insights to a diverse group of stakeholders to drive customer engagement and business performance. Work closely with colleagues in Product, Design, Tech, and D&A groups to define objectives and key results that can be measured, and create appropriate deliverables to track the results. Drive experimentation agenda and remove hurdles to nurture test and learn culture. Translate between various functional groups to facilitate a shared knowledge base. Collaborate, learn, teach, and disseminate knowledge across the data and analytics business line. Nurture a culture of test and learn by driving the agenda for, and removing hurdles to, continuous experimentation. Improve internal processes sustainably with appropriate documentation and automation. Develop partnerships and alignments with a team of quantitative analysts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Business Analyst, Revenue Management Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Business Analyst, Revenue Management Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Data ETL including Extract, Transform, and Load; Business Intelligence tools (BI) including development of reports and data visualization for executive level leadership presentations; SQL; Data segmentation such as Alteryx; Tableau including development of dashboards and report purposes, and connecting application to multiple data platforms including Snowflake; AWS; SAS; Python; Adobe Analytics for both analytics and business reporting; and project management and documentation such as JIRA.
