We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Manager at our Manufacturing Facility in Huntersville, NC.

Responsibilities

The Quality Manager provides plant-level leadership for quality, productivity, and Operational Excellence. The role establishes strategic direction for quality and continuous improvement, leads the Quality & Productivity team, and drives consistent product quality and performance standards. The position partners with business unit quality leadership to align plant quality systems, policies, specifications, and audit expectations. Through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, the Quality Manager strengthens operational performance, supports compliance, and builds a culture of accountability, inclusion, and best-practice execution.

Quality Leadership

  • Lead plant quality and productivity initiatives to ensure products consistently meet established quality standards and performance expectations.
  • Provide leadership to the Quality & Productivity team, strengthening accountability and reinforcing quality as a critical business priority.
  • Establish and maintain plant quality and continuous improvement systems that support consistent execution and operational performance.
  • Align plant quality systems with business unit expectations to ensure consistent quality standards and practices.

Operational Excellence

  • Promote Operational Excellence and drive adoption of best practices across the business unit to improve quality, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that use quality and performance data to identify opportunities, support decisions, and improve results.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Compliance & Audit Leadership

  • Coordinate with business unit quality leadership to develop and implement quality policies, specifications, and test procedures.
  • Lead plant efforts to successfully complete business unit, customer, and third-party audits and inspections.
  • Serve as the primary plant contact for quality-related audits, inspections, and compliance activities.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical discipline.
  • 6+ years of quality management and/or process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with third-party quality audits.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and experience implementing Lean processes.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a complex, multi-business-unit organization.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze quality and performance data to support sound business decisions.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and establish quality standards.
  • Ability to lead teams and reinforce accountability for quality and operational performance.

Posted Salary RangeUSD $98,400.00 - USD $139,000.00 /A Bonus EligibilityRole is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
