The Opportunity
As a Federal Manager you will lead tax compliance work within our Tax Services practice, guiding work focused on validating filings, reviewing financial data, and supporting clients as they navigate federal tax rules and reporting requirements. As a Manager you will coach team members, manage performance across active work streams, and apply business judgment to drive timely deliverables while supporting PwC's purpose and values. - Coordinating preparation of tax filings, supporting schedules, and documentation for federal compliance deliverables
- Analyzing financial data, tax accounting records, and transactional activity to identify reporting implications
- Applying tax research and regulatory knowledge to address filing positions and compliance requirements
- Monitoring deadlines, workload distribution, and deliverable status across multiple compliance cycles
- Identifying process improvements and using technology tools to streamline tax compliance activities
- Communicating findings, issue points, and status updates to leadership and other internal stakeholders

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
