As a Gemini Tech Lead you will lead client-facing generative AI and data modernization efforts within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, guiding solution design, delivery planning, and technical decision-making for engagements that blend cloud engineering, data, and AI capabilities. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach junior staff, manage project workstreams, and bring a disciplined approach to planning, execution, and issue resolution while using judgment to balance client needs, team development, and delivery timelines. Responsibilities
- Leading generative AI technical workstreams for client-facing data modernization initiatives
- Guiding teams in prompt design, context engineering, and agent orchestration for production use cases
- Building and tuning solutions using LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and guardrails
- Evaluating model outputs with structured testing, scenario design, and performance analysis
- Directing implementation of Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Services based solutions
- Developing Python-based prototypes and workflow automation to accelerate delivery timelines
- Reviewing solution architecture across LLMOps, conversational programming, and AI-powered contact center use cases
- Coaching team members on generative AI methods, delivery planning, and technical problem solving
- Identifying opportunities to apply machine learning, natural language processing, and digital tooling to client challenges
- Managing work plans, deliverables, and issue tracking across multiple engagement streams
