As a Senior Project Analyst, you will support the delivery of mission-critical projects using your strength in leading teams, collaborating to solve problems, and driving for results. You will tackle multiple types of projects, some concurrently, and influencing teams in a matrixed environment. You will guide project teams throughout multiple phases of projects, from planning to post launch. Your scope will include conducting project-related research and analysis to assist the business and project managers in solving strategic problems. You will also create deliverables such as project plans, scope definition, cost estimates, resource plans, governance structure, and dependencies.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $108,048-$172,877

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
