What you will do 
  • Coordinate people and processes to execute on active POVs until a POV reaches a technical win, or is terminated by customer
  • Act as a single point of contact for Sales Engineers, Engineering, and CSI for active POVs
  • Escalate problems to relevant teams when issues are identified and follow through until they are resolved
  • Ensure that POVs are delivered on time and are high quality for Sales Engineers to create customer-facing deliverables
  • Improve POV program to create higher quality POVs with less manual overhead
  • Suggest improvements to Product and Engineering to improve POV quality and scalability
  •  
Must Haves 
  • 2-5 years experience as a program manager or related field with demonstrated success
  • 1-2+ years of experience in the cyber security field preferred but not required
  • Experience working with sales preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in a cross functional role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to operate autonomously to drive successful outcomes in your areas of ownership
  • Proven track record of high ownership, problem resolution, and initiative
  • Ability to stay flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Be a supportive and collaborative team player who helps others succeed and shares knowledge for collective growth
  • High aptitude for critical thinking and data driven problem solving

At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. 

Base salary range:
$95,600$112,500 USD
