Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate office and some days working from home. **We are also open to remote candidates who can periodically travel to the office for in-person meetings.

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our solution. In this position, you will be the bridge between our products and the market, leveraging your expertise in financial services to develop compelling marketing strategies, create powerful sales collateral, and ultimately drive adoption in our target audience and across our network of over 1,500 financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Report to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams and external partners to support business needs.
  • Industry Expertise: Have a solid understanding of the financial services and fintech industries, including market trends, challenges, and the competitive landscape. 
    • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments that impact our target audience.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and refine product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with B2B and B2B2C audiences, ensuring our value is clearly articulated.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Product Launches: Participate in the planning and execution of product/feature launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective communication.
    • Create and manage product launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product/feature introductions.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop messaging and positioning to support integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving product/feature awareness, adoption, and sales.
    • Work with the Corporate & Partner Marketing teams to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and blog posts.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to sell our products effectively.
    • Develop marketing collateral, product demos, sales enablement tools, and training materials.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.
    • Measure, report, and communicate the success of marketing metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years of direct financial institution experience (either internally or as a service provider)
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for B2B fintech products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content and sales materials.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to measure marketing performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital banking platforms and loan origination systems.
  • Proficiency with marketing, design & project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Canva, Figma, Creative Suite, Highspot, Seismic, Confluence, PowerPoiint/Google Slides).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Facility with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity)

Base salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00 depending upon experience.
