The Product Marketing Manager will lead Go-to-Market strategies, develop sales enablement, and conduct market research to drive product adoption and revenue.
Clear Capital is a national real estate analytics, data solutions and valuation technology company. We are looking for a high-impact Product Marketing Manager with 5-10 years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the SaaS, FinTech, or Data/Analytics space. This person will be the critical link between Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, responsible for simplifying technical complexity into compelling, market-ready value propositions and sales enablement tools. The ideal candidate will deeply understand our target audience and the competitive landscape.
What You Will Work On
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of all product launches (new products, features, updates), including defining GTM strategies, messaging, positioning, and target audiences.
- Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that articulates the unique value of our products to specific B2B personas.
- Communicate marketing strategy and plans to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams; brief teams on product introduction and launch strategies.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to deeply understand customer pain points, buying drivers, and competitive offerings, using these insights to influence product strategy.
- Sales Enablement & Content:
- Create a full suite of highly effective sales enablement tools including sales decks, battlecards, product guides, demos, and internal training materials that equip the Sales team to successfully sell our offerings.
- Partner with Content Marketing to produce content (e.g., website copy, white papers, case studies, videos) that highlights product benefits and industry use cases.
- Design and execute product demonstrations that clearly showcase the ROI and functional superiority of our technology.
- Train the Sales and Customer Success teams on the problems our products solve for our buyers and users, and the value for each market segment and persona.
- Audience & Market Intelligence:
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, collecting feedback and synthesizing market needs to inform the Product Management roadmap.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, pricing, and technological shifts (like AI/LLM adoption) to ensure our product messaging remains timely and relevant.
- Track and analyze the success metrics for product adoption, usage, and revenue contribution to measure GTM effectiveness.
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing message and programs that support our products on an ongoing basis, and suggest changes.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5-10 years of demonstrated success in B2B Product Marketing, ideally promoting complex SaaS, data, or technical solutions.
- Preferred experience working with or for the real estate, financial services, or valuation technology industries.
- Experience leading successful GTM launches for new products or major feature sets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis, pricing, and performance measurement.
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders and focus on the delivery of results.
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build effective working relationships with others at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to be agile and operate in a fast paced environment, startup culture, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
What You Can Expect
- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $128,000 to $166,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include a company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
