As a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on System of Work at Atlassian, you will play a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy, enablement, and adoption of Atlassian's System of Work narrative and supporting solutions.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Success, and Operations to deliver high-impact enablement programs, shape messaging, and ensure our teams and customers are empowered to succeed. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with significant influence on Atlassian's growth and customer outcomes.

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $175,500 - $229,125
Zone B: $158,400 - $206,800
Zone C: $145,800 - $190,350
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for System of Work initiatives and enablement programs.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning for System of Work solutions, translating product capabilities into customer-centric use cases, benefits, and business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver enablement materials such as training, playbooks, and collateral for sales, customer success, and partners.
- Own and continually improve the sales narrative, pitch decks, and enablement content repository, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- Establish and maintain feedback loops between marketing, product, and sales to inform future initiatives and identify blockers.
- Partner with Product, Field teams, and Marketing teams to align on priorities and drive adoption of the materials you create.
- Influence and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.
- Represent the team in strategic forums and critical customer engagements.
- Set and track metrics to measure enablement and go-to-market effectiveness, using data and insights to drive decisions, optimize programs, and inform future strategy.
- Represent Atlassian's System of Work vision internally and externally through presentations, webinars, and events.
About You:
- You have 6-8+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally with SaaS and enablement experience.
- You have a proven track record in developing and executing enablement programs and go-to-market strategies, and experience leading launches and driving adoption of complex solutions.
- You possess exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and are comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, compelling messages.
- You are analytical, with experience measuring enablement impact and using data to inform decisions.
- You are collaborative and able to influence without authority, building strong relationships across teams.
