About the Role 

As Product Marketing Manager at PHM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market narrative and go-to-market strategy. You will act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Account Management, transforming insights into compelling positioning, tools, and resources that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen client engagement. At PHM, you’ll join a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for individuals facing serious illness. You will work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your expertise shapes outcomes for clients and helps us expand our impact in the market. 


What You’ll Accomplish 

  • Define and refine product messaging that differentiates PHM in the marketplace. 
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new offerings, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. 
  • Design impactful tools (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards) that improve win rates and shorten sales cycles. 
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify gaps and deliver tailored resources across the sales journey. 

How You’ll Spend Your Days 

  • Partnering with Analytics and Account Management to deliver high-value client review materials. 
  • Collaborating with Marketing to align materials with brand and employee engagement efforts. 
  • Conducting competitive, market, and client research to inform strategy. 
  • Tracking and reporting on usage and impact of enablement tools, refining for effectiveness. 

What You Bring to the Table 

  • You have proven success in product marketing and sales enablement in healthcare or employee benefits. 
  • You have a track record of creating sales tools that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact. 
  • You bring 6+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in B2B marketing  
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, able to simplify complex ideas. 
  • You excel at project management and prioritization across multiple initiatives. 
  • You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable measuring, testing, and optimizing. 
  • Bonus: You have experience building or scaling enablement in a high-growth, employer-facing business. 

Compensation 

The target base salary for this position is $115,000–$135,000 with an annual target bonus. 

Cash is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO, and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data, and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
