About Presence

Presence is the leading provider of teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. Through our award-winning technology, Presence connects speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and mental health specialists to schools, districts, and organizations nationwide. Our growing network of 2,000+ clinicians has delivered over 7 million teletherapy sessions to K-12 students.

We are a remote-first, distributed workforce of 200+ corporate employees, headquartered in New York. We place a high value on “cameras on” engagement, schedule coordination and cross-functional communication to stay connected with each other when working in different places. Many roles require travel to create opportunities to engage in-person with our school partners, our clinicians, and each other.

What will you do at Presence?

Are you a strategic storyteller who loves bringing technology solutions to market? Do you have a passion for education and a track record of driving customer acquisition through compelling marketing programs? If so, we want to meet you.

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help position our special education platform as a market leader. In this role, you’ll build the stories, programs, and campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and accelerate sales. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — from Product to Sales to Customer Success — and have the chance to make a meaningful impact on students, educators, and administrators every day.

You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing, operate as a highly valued individual contributor (no direct reports), and help shape how our company shows up in the market.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Craft Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated product messaging that resonates with district leaders, administrators, and educators.
  • Lead Go-To-Market: Own product launch communications internally, develop go-to-market plans, and partner with Product and Sales on GTM execution.
  • Generate Demand: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Create High-Impact Content: Develop sales collateral, website copy, webinars, case studies, nurture emails, product one-pagers, and more.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze the competitive landscape, customer feedback, and market trends to inform positioning and strategy.
  • Enable Sales: Build sales tools, battlecards, and training materials to empower our revenue teams to close deals.
  • Drive Adoption: Create strategies and communication plans that help drive platform and feature adoption with key user groups.
  • Manage Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives and execute marketing programs on-time and on-budget.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or related roles — ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology.
  • Proven success building and executing marketing plans that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator — strong storyteller who can simplify complex ideas.
  • Highly organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for education, student success, and making a real impact.
  • Bonus points for: Experience marketing to K-12 education buyers and familiarity with special education solutions.

What will help you succeed here?

  • Our team is committed to shared principles of inclusivity. We engage with all stakeholders in a spirit of listening, learning, and broadening our perspectives.
  • We commit to a growth mindset. We don’t use energy to explain why something can’t be done; we figure out how to make it happen.
  • We are mission-driven. Our work helps more children with special needs receive the necessary support. We believe that our work is essential, meaningful, and urgent.
  • We believe in data-driven decision-making, measuring outcomes, and iterative improvement.

What are some of the benefits we offer?

  • Comprehensive Medical Coverage includes Dental and Vision
  • Flexible PTO
  • 11 Company Paid Holidays
  • Benefits Package: including 401K savings plan and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
  • $500 home office stipend
  • Paid Life insurance, AD&D., and disability benefits
  • Paid parental and caregiving leave
  • Eligibility to apply for a Professional Development Scholarship.
  • Inclusive Culture: We are intentional about creating a culture that is fun and inclusive.
  • This role is also eligible to participate in Presence’s equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.

An employee’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

Salary range is $115,000.00-$125,000.00

Where is this position located?

  • Presence is headquartered in New York City, with our clients located throughout the U.S.
  • This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing
  • This is a remote work role for individuals based within the U.S.
  • All employees commit to be available on-camera for our Core Working Hours noon-5 pm EST M-F.
  • Standard business operating hours are 9 am-6 pm in the employees' respective time zone
