We are seeking a talented individual to join our ProWriters team at Victor. This role will be based in Malvern, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Product Manager, you will lead critical initiatives for Digital IQ, ProWriters’ proprietary insurance platform. This is a role ideal for a professional looking to take on greater ownership and responsibility. A high performer in this position will have a direct impact on business growth and help drive strategic priorities across the organization. We will count on you to:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features, API integrations, and platform improvements
Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier integration partners and technical vendors
Collaborate with developers to implement features and resolve bugs
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation for internal and external use
Prioritize work and maintain clear visibility into timelines and dependencies
Monitor product performance, user adoption, and operational impact
What you need to have:
3+ years in a product management, product operations, or other similar business role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with technology and working with data; Highly proficient in Excel
What makes you stand out?
Consulting, Banking, and/or insurance industry experience
Experience with SQL and database tools
Demonstrable track record in a product management or product operations role in a tech-enabled professional services environment
