Product Manager, Specialist

We are seeking a Product Manager who will lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the Debit Card external client facing web experience and internal crew experience, including the digital and servicing capabilities required for clients and crew to manage, support, and service debit card functionality. This person will demonstrate deep product expertise across digital experience, servicing workflows, and cross-functional dependencies, with capabilities that may have broader enterprise implications.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Product management experience delivering digital experiences in financial services, payments, banking, or fintech.

2.Experience managing web-based products and customer-facing journeys.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
3. Leads digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product.
4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
5. Coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
6. Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
7. Leads the planning, development and implementation of new digital products. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
8. Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
9. Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
