Job Description

Permanent/Fulltime & Onsite


Exp Required : 7 years or more


Experience Required                    

5+ yrs experience as on Pega and other BPM products

Good Pega Experience


Roles & Responsibilities :         

  • Lead and assist with identifying and optimally defining process flows and user interface use cases and requirements ( Knowledge of Pega Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) is a plus)
  • Ensure delivered work product meets/performs to functional requirements based on business requirements defined and approved by the business groups, and communicating to the application architects and by supporting unit and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Assist in leading the compilation, delivery and maintenance of all phases (the inception/elaboration/construction/ transition / use case/property matrix/business rules documentation/user acceptance testing).
  • Brings knowledge and experience of Pega and Appian. Specifically their main features, benefits and limitations.
  • Awareness or experience of various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM 
  • Should be able to Create Process flows (BPM Notations) in any tool, ex MS Visio or in Pega or Appian itself.
  • Mentor and train business stakeholders in key BPM Functionality (Worklist, Workbasket, Get Next Work, Access Group, Work Group, Portal). 
  • Map business processes to the proposed BPM solution
  • Validate / Assist in Creation of specs for UI, system interface and prototypes and developing and demonstrating prototypes 
  • Conducting workshops , requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder alignment sessions and demonstrations to large groups of audiences
  • BPM Pre Sales Experience may be added advantage

Education

Bachelor Degree

BPM Certification or equivalent certification

Qualifications

Agile Methodology Knowledge

BPM application knowledge

Business Process Modeling and Design expertise (3+ years) using any one or both of the following tools:

  • Pega DCO
  • Appian

Banking/finance domain knowledge

Communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

Preferred

  • Certified Business Architect – CBA Preferred
  • Some Pega System Architect experience with (version 7.1 experience preferred) – CSA Certified.
  • Appian BPM Experience is advantage.

Generic Managerial Skills :

Very good leadership and relationship building skills, who should also be able to execute the project end to end.
