- 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, Infrastructure Engineering, SRE
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and engineering automation solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or comparable container platforms.
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale platform modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience defining engineering standards, architecture patterns, or platform strategies.
- 3+ years of experience with software delivery, automation, security, and operational resiliency practices.
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive engineering outcomes across large organizations.
- Progressive experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technology disciplines within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, observability, resiliency engineering, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.
- Experience establishing enterprise standards and governance for platform operations, security, evergreen technology management, and engineering best practices across multiple organizations.
- Expertise in observability and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, architects, and engineering organizations through technical leadership, strategic vision, and execution excellence.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Red Hat OpenShift, Cloud Platform Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP), SRE, or equivalent experience preferred.
