ABOUT QUINCE

Founded in 2018, Quince was built to challenge the idea that nice things have to cost a lot. Our mission is simple: to make really high quality essentials for really low prices, produced fairly and sustainably. We believe everyone deserves exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design without the traditional markups. Quince is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model that cuts out middlemen and leverages just-in-time manufacturing to minimize waste and maximize value.

Quince is a tech company disrupting the retail industry by putting AI, analytics and automation at the center of everything we do. Our unwavering commitment to excellence and company values guide our teams and actions:

  • Customer First: We prioritize customer satisfaction in every decision.

  • High Quality: True quality means premium materials and rigorous production standards you can feel good about.

  • Essential Design: We focus on timeless, functional essentials instead of chasing trends.

  • Always a Better Deal: Innovation and transparency ensure value for both customers and partners.

  • Social & Environmental Responsibility: We commit to sustainable materials, ethical production, and fair wages.

Quince partners with world-class manufacturers across the globe and serves millions of customers. With strong investor backing and a focus on sustainable growth, we are a company that is rapidly scaling while maintaining a commitment to quality, simplicity, and radical price transparency.

OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS

At Quince, you will be part of a high-performing team that is redefining what quality, value, and sustainability mean in modern retail. We are a destination for builders, innovators, and operators to come together and challenge the status quo. Our collective ambition is bold. We are creating an entirely new category and customer experience – one that democratizes luxury and provides high quality products at radically low prices. That mission demands a world-class team committed to excellence.

If you are motivated by impact, growth, and purpose, you will find a strong sense of belonging at Quince.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Revenue Operations Leader — an elite systems architect and “builder-operator” responsible for owning and scaling Quince’s B2B growth infrastructure. You will define and govern our CRM architecture, data model, and automation at an enterprise level.

This is a hand-on leadership role, reporting to the General Manager of B2B. We are looking for a HubSpot expert who has thrived in high-growth organizations and takes pride in configuring complex workflows, managing sophisticated custom objects, and ensuring our tech stack is a friction-free engine for the sales and account management team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Platform Strategy & Ownership

  • Serve as the primary architect and owner of HubSpot configuration, aligning the platform with the end-to-end customer journey – from initial lead to long-term customer success.
  • Establish CRM best practices and data standards that scale with a high-volume, fast-paced sales organization.
  • Develop and execute a technical roadmap for workload management, ensuring the infrastructure anticipates the needs of a growing sales team.

Process Design & Customer Centricity

  • Relentlessly optimize internal processes to reduce manual overhead for the sales team while improving the end-client experience.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated automation—including lead routing, revenue attribution, and lifecycle motions—using advanced HubSpot features and AI-driven logic.
  • Create and own a system for issue management, and troubleshoot and resolve any Hubspot-related issues or bugs, ensuring system stability.

Enterprise Integrations & Data Architecture

  • Lead the technical integration between HubSpot and the broader tech stack, including the Data Warehouse, ERP, and BI tools.
  • Maintain data integrity and performance, ensuring a “single source of truth” for executive decision-making.
  • Conduct ongoing audits and "deep cleans" of the CRM ecosystem to maintain system performance and reporting accuracy.

Intelligence, Insights & Enablement

  • Generate and interpret dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay at the forefront of HubSpot’s product releases, proactively implementing new features to maintain a competitive edge in sales productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • HubSpot Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on administration. Expert-level command of Custom Objects, Advanced Workflows, and Operations Hub.
  • Systems Architect: Proven experience designing and scaling CRM architecture for high-volume B2B sales organizations (50+ users).
  • Technical Builder: Proficient in APIs, Webhooks, and middleware (Zapier/Make) to integrate HubSpot with Data Warehouses and ERPs.
  • Strategic Leader: Ability to translate executive goals into technical roadmaps while maintaining rigorous data governance.
  • High Ownership: A "player-coach" who thrives on building the infrastructure themselves, not just managing the output of others.

Preferred

  • AI Proficiency: Experience implementing tools like Clay to automate outbound and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical Rigor: Quantitative degree or equivalent; ability to use data to drive resource allocation.
  • Global Scale: Experience managing CRM architecture across multi-region or global environments.
  • Full-Cycle Context: Prior experience in RevOps roles spanning Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range
$160,000$215,000 USD
