In this role, you will:
- Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
- Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of experience with physical security operations at a large financial institution or corporation
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of physical security systems/technologies including alarm monitoring, surveillance, risk analysis/assessment and security asset management systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with security compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001
- Experience with security applications such as SureView, Verint, Hanwha, Circadian Risk, Digital Monitoring Products (Such as Entre and Virtual Receiver)
- Experience with security hardware such as alarm panels, network video recorders, surveillance cameras including but not limited to Verint, Hanwha, Lumana
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to turn desired business outcomes into effective solution roadmap
