Get to Know Us

Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find, fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by IT Ops/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.

We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers & operators, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools and false positives, resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results.

What You’ll Do

As the Partner Marketing Specialist, you will support the day-to-day execution of our global partner marketing initiatives and partner enablement programs. Reporting directly to the Head of Partner Marketing, you will manage our partner portal, coordinate co-branded collateral, assist with virtual and in-person event logistics, and track campaign performance metrics. This is an ideal role for an organized, curious marketer eager to take on new challenges, learn quickly, and grow their career within a high-growth cybersecurity startup.

Partner Portal Management

  • Maintain and update our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal to ensure all resources, sales tools, and product collateral are organized and accessible.

  • Upload fresh content, including battlecards, solution briefs, event invites, and webinar recordings.

  • Assist with partner user onboarding, permissions, and basic troubleshooting to ensure a seamless portal experience for our partners.

Co-Branding & Content Coordination

  • Fulfill and coordinate partner co-branding requests, tailoring datasheets, slide decks, and digital assets with partner logos and contact details.

  • Maintain the partner digital asset library, ensuring all materials align with current brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Help package turnkey campaign kits including email copy, social graphics, and promotional assets to support through-partner marketing efforts.

Reporting & Marketing Analytics

  • Track and pull performance metrics for partner webinars, email campaigns, and joint marketing initiatives.

  • Manage post-campaign lead lists, assisting with data cleaning, attendee tracking, and CRM tagging in Salesforce to support clean handoffs to sales.

  • Help compile monthly and quarterly reporting summaries showing partner engagement, event attendance, and campaign reach.

Project Coordination & Event Support

  • Keep partner marketing projects on schedule by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables across internal teams and external contributors.

  • Coordinate logistics for partner webinars and virtual briefings, including platform setup (Zuddl), calendar scheduling, and attendee communications.

  • Assist with event logistics for partner summits, regional field activations, and trade shows, managing swag inventory, shipping materials, and supporting on-site needs when required.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, partner marketing support, or general B2B tech/SaaS marketing.

  • Project Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate marketing projects, track timelines, manage deliverables across cross-functional contributors, and support logistics for webinars and partner events.

  • Data & Reporting Fundamentals: Comfortable reviewing basic campaign metrics, managing lead and attendee lists, and helping compile post-campaign performance recaps.

  • Strong Follow-Through: Reliable work ethic with an eye for consistency, ensuring collateral, links, and campaign assets meet brand guidelines.

  • Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel (approximately 10–20%) to assist with on-site partner events and industry conferences as needed.

  • Tool Familiarity Preferred: Hands-on experience or familiarity with core marketing tools: CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot), webinar tools (Zoom and Zuddl), and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.

What Sets You Apart?

  • Eagerness to Learn & Grow: You bring genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for B2B marketing, with a desire to build your career, take on new challenges, and expand your skill set in the cybersecurity space.

  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You’re adaptable and resourceful, comfortable asking questions, working through roadblocks, and helping keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in keeping the details straight, whether you’re tracking project timelines, reviewing copy, or organizing marketing assets.

  • Collaborative Communicator: You communicate clearly and work well with others, making it easy to collaborate across internal marketing, sales teams, and external partner contacts.

  • Foundational B2B Knowledge: You have a working understanding of basic B2B sales and marketing concepts and are eager to learn the ins and outs of partner and channel ecosystems.
