We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant to join our Customer Success / Managed Services team. This role is designed for a seasoned functional expert who can independently own two or more Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, lead complex troubleshooting, design and implement enhancements, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

 

The Senior Consultant provides advanced functional expertise, leads module‑specific initiatives, mentors junior team members, and drives continuous improvement across client environments.

 

Responsibilities

Workstream Ownership & Advanced Support

  • Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

  • Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues, including root cause analysis and cross‑module troubleshooting.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices, optimization opportunities, and roadmap planning.

Configuration, Design & Enhancements

  • Configure, test, and document advanced system changes, enhancements, and reports.

  • Lead the design of new functionality, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Oracle best practices.

  • Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and release impact assessments.

Integrations & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Manage and troubleshoot system integrations, working closely with technical teams.

  • Collaborate with Oracle Support and third‑party vendors to resolve escalated issues.

  • Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates.

Client Engagement & Leadership

  • Lead client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.

  • Deliver end‑user training and create high‑quality support documentation.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Mentoring

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Mentor and review the work of Consultants and junior team members.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best‑practice development.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting or HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Deep expertise in Compensation and Workforce Management (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and cross‑module dependencies.

  • Proven ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and manage complex issues independently.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates

  • Ability to travel up to 5% may be required as per need basis

This position requires periodic travel to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities. Candidates must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for these required business purposes. At this time, the Company is unable to provide sponsorship for U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, where such sponsorship is required.

 

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

  • United States: Base salary for this position ranges between USD $100,000 - $140,000

  • Annual incentive compensation potential of up to 20%, paid in quarterly installments.
