Lead Oracle SCM Cloud implementations and client transformations by facilitating design workshops, configuring and testing solutions, documenting processes, resolving service requests, and supporting post-production optimization. Advise customers on supply chain processes, risks, application trade-offs, and Oracle best practices. Coach project teams, contribute to project plans and delivery assets, maintain Oracle certifications, and support client travel needs.

Provides remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud, including troubleshooting, ticket resolution, routine configuration, testing, monitoring, documentation, user guidance, and enhancement support. The consultant works with clients, internal teams, and Oracle Support to resolve issues, improve processes, validate data, update reports, and support system upgrades across workforce management or total rewards modules.

Owns multiple Oracle HCM Cloud workstreams, providing advanced functional support, troubleshooting, configuration, testing, enhancements, integrations, and release management. Advises clients on best practices and roadmap planning, leads meetings and solution discussions, delivers training and documentation, manages escalations, improves processes, and mentors junior consultants. The role is remote-first for U.S. or Canada-based candidates with up to 5% travel.

Leads Oracle HCM Cloud consulting engagements focused on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Responsibilities include solution configuration, requirements gathering, process reengineering, implementation planning, prototyping, testing, User Acceptance Testing, client workshops, stakeholder communications, and functional and technical team coordination. The consultant provides best-practice guidance, develops configuration solutions, supports implementation workstreams, and helps clients achieve successful Oracle transformations.
