Description

At Lusha, we’re not just another startup. We’re changing the B2B sales experience.

We believe salespeople should spend more time selling and less time prospecting.

That’s why we’ve built an AI-driven solution that eliminates the grunt work involved with pipeline gen and helps sales teams win.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. This position is part of the HR division, requiring a team player with strong multitasking abilities, creativity, and agility to manage diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. If you are a people person who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves making an impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and accommodations, and prepare accurate travel and expense reports.
  • Create various reports such as HR data, manage expense reports, and process reimbursements.
  • Assist with HRIS processes, updates, and system maintenance.
  • Provide support and involvement in cross-organizational HR projects, covering both operational and administrative aspects.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Enhance office culture by organizing employee experience activities, happy hours, company events, and more.
  • Act as a go-to resource for employee requests and ongoing needs.
  • Offer continuous support to employees throughout their lifecycle at the company, including during parental leave, weddings, military reserve duty, unpaid leave, and off-boarding.

Office Management & Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors at the reception desk.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiations, contracts, and ongoing coordination.
  • Supervise office housekeeping to maintain a well-presented and comfortable environment.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a startup environment.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.

How will you innovate? How will you learn?

We’re shaping in a new era of sales intelligence, and you’ll be a part of it. We recently launched Lusha Playlists, a personalized experience that gives sales reps the right leads, at the right time, every time they log in. And this role will help bring our vision for the future of sales to life.

Why Lusha? It’s simple:

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.

Ready to join us? Let’s build the future of sales, together.
