As a Marketing Designer, you will ensure our marketing assets are engaging, cohesive, and user-centric. Your work will help users better understand our product's benefits and drive conversions by presenting them in a simple, clear, and compelling way, aligning with our vision of creating a delightful and intuitive user experience across all marketing touchpoints.
How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales:
Build and update marketing assets that overwhelm and engage our potential users.
Construct creative concepts and communicate them clearly and simply.
Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking the initiative to address them and own design projects from A-Z.
Work collaboratively within the marketing team to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize visual communication approaches, with the business goals in mind.
Design page layouts, ensuring they are pixel-perfect, inspiring, and user-friendly.
Ensure consistency with our brand Guidelines; visual, voice, and tone.
Represent the Lusha brand by creating and following our design standards for every project.
Work with the design team to continually improve our marketing efforts and make them more engaging for our customers.
Review your work using data and feedback, and apply what you learn to future projects.
Take ownership of important strategic projects from start to finish.
Communicate well with a fast-moving, cross-functional team to get things done.
Meet deadlines and raise flags if needed.
Here’s what we need from you:
- A strong online design portfolio that consists of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles - a must.
- B. Design in visual communication - a must.
- At least 4 years of marketing experience with a solid understanding of the design process.
- Knowledge of the marketing industry and how design can impact marketing strategies, especially for SaaS companies.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset and willingness to prioritize the team’s success.
- Ability to adapt, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts through simplified visuals.
- Strong typography skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Strong demonstrated Illustration skills - a plus.
- Proven ability to build and enhance brand identity - a plus.
