The Role
As an Office Administrator at Capco, you will serve as the central point of contact for our Houston office, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating office activities, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination to ensure a professional environment
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities to support employee engagement and collaboration
  • Manage office access, visitor experience, and general administrative support for onsite operations
  • Support leadership teams with scheduling, expense coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Partner with IT, HR, and Finance teams to support employee needs and operational processes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse team
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
