Leads Capco’s regional Utilities consulting practice across the Northeast, East Coast, and Midwest. Responsibilities include growing strategic accounts, developing executive relationships, originating and winning complex consulting engagements, managing revenue and P&L, shaping go-to-market strategy, delivering transformation programs, and building high-performing consulting teams. The role requires deep Utilities expertise across grid modernization, enterprise technology, customer transformation, and related platforms, along with extensive senior-level consulting and business development experience.

Design, prototype, and productionize generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents). Build scalable backend services and APIs, deploy on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), collaborate cross-functionally, and support knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Lead financial reporting and controls for the US region, owning month/quarter/year-end close, variance analysis, audits, and partnering with global finance on forecasting, tax reporting, and process improvements.
