Job Description:

The Manager Business Systems Analysis manages / leads / oversees a team of Business Systems Analysts in providing a broad range of business services and technical solutions, by ensuring established standards are met and planned objectives are achieved. Role works in close partnership with business stakeholders and technology teams on a broad range of initiatives varying in risk, size and complexity.

Depth & Scope:

  • Manages a team of Business Systems Analysts that are assigned to projects ranging in size (e.g. Tier 2-5)
  • Ability to present and make recommendations to senior management and executives
  • Coordinates and prioritizes multiple initiatives
  • Establishes effective relationships with different business units, portfolio managers, and project managers
  • Significant resource management responsibilities (includes people management)

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Graduate degree, preferred
  • 7+ years related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Applications / Banking 
  • Translating business to tech
  • Data Skills - SQL Server/ Databricks
