About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead a team of 2-3
Virtual Assistants (VAs) who support our clients in both social media management and
administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a
client-first mindset. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality client
deliverables, managing relationships with clients, and guiding the VA team to achieve
performance and engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Client Relationship Management
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
○ Understand client goals, brand voice, and ensure alignment across all social
media and admin deliverables.
○ Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to provide updates
and gather feedback.
● Team Management
○ Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Virtual Assistants managing social media and
admin tasks for clients.
○ Oversee workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of
work.
○ Train, guide, and monitor team members to maintain quality and consistency.
○ Review and approve content, reports, and communications before client
submission.
● Social Media Management
○ Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
○ Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting across multiple
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
○ Track social media KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights to
clients.
○ Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and platform policies to avoid account
issues.
● Administrative Oversight
○ Coordinate and supervise Virtual Assistants managing client’s administrative
processes.
○ Ensure smooth communication, documentation, and operational support on
behalf of the clients.
○ Maintain quality checks to ensure client satisfaction on both social media and
admin deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
(preferred).
● Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media management with client-facing
responsibilities.
● Prior experience managing a team (preferably Virtual Assistants or remote staff).
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (US clients).
● In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content best
practices.
● Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards under pressure.
● Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Zoho
Projects).
